Once you decide to list with me, I'll perform a comparative market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home based on current market conditions. Then I'll provide home staging advice to help maximize the amount of foot traffic to your home. Once we are finished staging the home, I will have professional pictures and videos taken to use on all of my social media platforms.  I'll advertise your home through a variety of methods, including digital media and the online Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We'll then set up an Open House to maximize the amount of exposure to other local agents.
